VSI make Digital Flame Photometer, model : (VSI-FP1 & VSI-FP2) is an economical, reliable, rugged, most accurate and precise instrument suitable for measurement of Sodium (Na) and Potassium (K) with the filters mounted on the disc. Calcium and Lithium are optional.

Digital Clinical Flame Photometer Model:'VSI-FP2' is a dual channel Flame Photometer used for simultaneous observation of Na and K in blood serum (Plasma) Urine and other type of biological fluids.

Microprocessor Flame Photometer (Model : VSI-601)

Microprocessor Flame Photometer, (Model : VSI-601) is an ideal instrument for the determination of Sodium (Na), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca) and Lithium (Li).  The instrument is supplied with two filters (Na & K) only (Ca & Li are optional – available at extra cost). It uses the latest Micro-controller technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. It has soft touch membrane key for ease of operations. The solution is aspirated through an automizer, air, sample and the fuel are mixed in the mixing chamber which is then sprayed as a very fine mist into the flame. The color of the flame is changed depending upon the concentration of elements present. Radiations from the flame passes through the sensing system and specific narrow band interference filter which permits only the characteristic radiation to pass to the photo-detector. The output of the photo-detector is then processed by the micro-controller and the final results are displayed on the digital display.
